Easiest (and healthiest!) pumpkin bread I’ve been baking nonstop

Pumpkin is truly one of my favorite ingredients, and this time of year I bake with it as much as possible. Within the past few weeks I've made more recipes with pumpkin than I can count!

But honestly, the simplest recipes are often the best, and I've made this pumpkin banana bread multiple times lately. Just like regular banana bread, it's so quick and easy, and my whole family loves it!

This moist bread is made with oat flour and lots of pumpkin, and it's very low in sugar (only natural sweeteners!) It makes the perfect snack or addition to breakfast or brunch!
