Happy April! We've been loving the warmer weather and enjoying getting more time outside these days. Even though we're in a temporary living situation, I've been brainstorming ways to still get in a little gardening this spring!
I've also had my hands full trying new recipes and keeping all the family favorites on hand. My newest recipe that I'm so excited about is almond flour crackers!
For years I thought that people who made their own crackers were crazy (I mean, they're so easy to buy!) But now that we do our best to avoid processed foods, store-bought crackers aren't an option anymore.
After a little bit of experimenting, I developed this super simple recipe for almond flour crackers (with no eggs or psyllium husk)! We've been loving eating with cheese, soup, or even just plain.
They're just so good!
