Ultimate Back-To-School Breakfast - Oatmeal Dutch Baby Pancake

Oat Dutch baby topped with whipped cream and blackberries in a cast iron skillet with a slice on a plate.

Hi Reader!

August is here which means, if you're a parent, it's time to start thinking about the kids going back to school. Even though my kids aren't school age yet, this time of year still makes me feel like getting more intentional with my schedule and settling in for a productive (and fun!) fall and winter.

Whether you're celebrating the kids going back to school or just wanting to be more intentional with starting your day right, I've got the recipe you need! I usually make this at least once a week, and it's always a huge hit with everyone.

This Dutch baby is basically just repackaged oatmeal and eggs, but it looks and tastes like a special brunch. Make things simple and serve it with maple syrup or have some fun and make a special topping for the occasion!

Oat Dutch Baby

Delicious and satisfying, a gluten-free Dutch baby with oats is the perfect clean eating breakfast! Quick to make, kid-friendly, and packed with nutrition, it’ll be a new favorite.
