I'll be honest, despite my love of healthy food, I still love pasta. Especially a really good, creamy chicken Alfredo.
Unfortunately, pasta was one of the first foods I realized didn’t make me feel great. As much as I enjoy it, it’s just not something I want to eat anymore.
That’s where spaghetti squash completely changed the game for me. Now I can serve my family the richest, most satisfying “pasta” meals and still feel good knowing we’re eating something nourishing.
Chicken Alfredo is still my favorite, and this spaghetti squash version is everything I want in a pasta! It's rich and creamy (because good fats are healthy and delicious) and doesn't skimp on the flavor one bit.
It's the perfect cozy winter meal you can feel good about eating!
