After having a new baby, I'm always in a hurry to get everyone back to normal routines while still prioritizing rest and healing (balancing those things is always easier said than done 🙃). As we're coming to the end of almost a month of homemade freezer meals, I've been prioritizing healthy, ultra-easy recipes.
With spring here (at least for us in NC), this Strawberry Dutch Baby is about the easiest and most delicious breakfast I know of! It's packed with eggs, oats, and fruit (fresh or frozen) for a super nourishing start to the day.
I often skip the chocolate chips to reduce the sugar, and the kids still absolutely love it.
