Did someone say cookies?!

Oat flour chocolate chip cookies on a cooling rack.

Hi Reader!

I don't know about you, but springtime always puts me in the mood to try something new. (Or maybe a few things!)

Right now I have a big bag of red wheat coming in my Azure Standard order so I can learn sourdough, and I've also been thinking about getting some herbs planted. If you have any tips for someone brand new to sourdough or have suggestions of herbs that would grow well in indoor lighting, please send them my way!

Speaking of trying new things, the other day my husband requested chocolate chip cookies, so I got in the kitchen and created a new recipe for oat flour chocolate chip cookies. They turned out so delicious, and I'm excited to share this quick and (somewhat) healthy snack with you!

Oat Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies (No Eggs or Dairy)

With a classic rich flavor, oat flour chocolate chip cookies are the ultimate easy sweet treat! They’re ready in 20 minutes and have a delicious texture that will keep you coming back for more.

If you try them, let me know what you think!

Have a great rest of your week,

Violet
