My favorite 15-minute Christmas cookie recipe

Now that Thanksgiving is over, I can finally say "Merry Christmas!"

My family always waits until after Thanksgiving to do anything Christmas-related, but this past week we've been decorating the house, listening to Christmas music non-stop, and starting to watch Christmas movies (my toddler is convinced she's a purple Grinch😂).

I'm excited to get started with holiday baking too, and oatmeal cranberry chocolate chip cookies are at the top of my list this year! Like all my recipes, they're a little healthier than your average cookie, but they're so delicious and packed with rich chocolate cranberry flavor.

They also freeze wonderfully, so go ahead and make a double batch now and enjoy them all month long!
