What I’m prepping ahead this month

Happy New Year Reader!

After traveling for the holidays, we're just getting back normal life and starting to prepare for baby #3 due in February. For our family, meal prep is the only way we're able to eat healthy through busy seasons (like postpartum), so I've already been busy in the kitchen prepping all sorts of things to help us through those first tired days.

Whether this is a busy time for you too or you're trying to eat healthier in 2026, I wanted to share one of my long-time staples with you.

This easy cinnamon granola has been on repeat in our house for years. It’s low in sugar, quick to make, and perfect for those mornings when you need something nourishing without any extra effort.

If you make one small food change this year, having an easy, healthy breakfast ready can make such a difference.

What's your biggest food-related goal in 2026? I'd love to hear from you, just hit "reply"!

Warmly,

Violet
